Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to Oponly Ads Assistant (the "Application"). The data controller is Wu Marek Kruszel (Oponly), ul. Sienna 9, 70-542 Szczecin, Poland, e-mail: info@oponly.pl.
The Application is an internal tool. Its only user is the owner of Oponly, and it manages only Oponly's own Google Ads account.
2. Data the Application accesses
When the owner signs in with Google and grants access, the Application uses the Google Ads API (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to access:
- Google Ads account structure and settings: campaigns, budgets, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, audiences and conversion actions;
- performance statistics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and search terms;
- the OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to call the API.
The Application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any other Google service. It does not collect data from website visitors, and it does not upload customer lists.
3. How the data is used
The data is used only to:
- show reports and analyses of Oponly's advertising performance to the owner;
- create and modify campaigns and related settings in Oponly's Google Ads account, always at the owner's explicit request.
Google user data is not used for advertising or profiling, is not sold, and is not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
4. Storage and security
- OAuth credentials (client ID, client secret, refresh token) and the developer token are stored only on the owner's computer, in a local configuration file protected by the operating system account.
- The Application has no server and no database. Google Ads data is fetched on demand and is not stored permanently, except for reports the owner chooses to save locally.
- All communication with Google APIs uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
5. Sharing with third parties
The Application uses Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic PBC, to interpret the owner's requests and analyse results. Google Ads data needed to answer a request (for example, campaign names and statistics) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train Anthropic's models.
Google Ads data is not shared with anyone else, except where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
The owner can revoke the Application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete the local credentials file. Locally saved reports are kept only as long as the owner needs them. Requests about data can be sent to info@oponly.pl.
7. Compliance with Google policies
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
To the extent that the data includes personal data, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port it, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl). The legal basis for processing is the controller's legitimate interest in managing its own advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
9. Changes
Changes to this Privacy Policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
